Chizora Level 3 is the final stage of the transformative Chizora journey. It equips teen girls aged 10–18 with real-world skills that empower them to lead, speak up, manage their time, and navigate challenges with confidence and purpose. This 7-week program combines leadership development with personal growth, helping participants step into the world with clarity, strength, and a voice that matters.
In the first week, girls tackle one of the most common confidence barriers speaking in front of others. Through guided practice, feedback, and fun challenges, they learn how to deliver clear, confident messages using voice, body language, and visuals. The experience helps them own their stories and express their ideas with power.
This week introduces girls to different leadership styles and the qualities that make a great leader empathy, integrity, and vision. They engage in team activities and take turns leading, learning that leadership isn’t about control but about inspiring others and leading by example.
In this session, participants explore how to take control of their time. They identify priorities, track time-wasters, and design a “perfect day” planner. Using the Eisenhower Matrix, they learn how to distinguish between what’s urgent and what’s important, making their days more productive and less stressful.
Girls are introduced to tools for resolving conflicts and tackling problems with confidence. They explore healthy vs. unhealthy conflict, learn how to listen actively, and use a simple 3-step problem-solving process. The session empowers them to turn disagreements into opportunities for growth and connection.
This week is all about financial literacy. Participants learn the difference between needs and wants, explore budgeting with the 50/30/20 rule, and create savings plans for their goals. By the end of the session, they understand that managing money is not just smart it’s empowering.
Gratitude fuels confidence, and this session helps girls reflect on how far they’ve come. They celebrate their achievements, practice daily gratitude, and write letters of appreciation to the people who have impacted them. The week helps them shift focus from what’s missing to what’s thriving.
In the final week, girls reflect on their personal growth across all three levels of Chizora. They share takeaways, revisit their goals, and celebrate their journey. With strengthened life skills, emotional intelligence, and a confident voice, they graduate as Chizora Ambassadors—ready to lead, rise, and shine in their communities and beyond.
Chizora Level 3 marks the culmination of a powerful self-confidence journey. It prepares girls not only to believe in themselves but to take bold action, lead with empathy, and thrive in the world with purpose and pride.
