Purchase and Participation

‍By submitting your booking and completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions established by Tanbul Consultancy LLC, and, where applicable, confirm that you are the lawful parent or guardian providing consent for a minor participant.

1. Consent to Contact and Use of Personal Data
‍By enrolling in the Chizora program, you authorize Tanbul Consultancy LLC and its designated representatives to collect and process your contact information for the purposes of: Administering and scheduling your sessions,Providing program-related updates, materials, and support.Communicating promotional content, offers, or educational resources.You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. All data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy
‍All payments made are non-refundable. Upon confirmation of payment, no refund shall be issued under any circumstances.  Participants are permitted to reschedule sessions provided that a minimum notice period of 24 hours is given prior to the scheduled session. Sessions missed or canceled with insufficient notice will be considered fulfilled and are not eligible for rescheduling.

3. Program Validity and Expiration
‍All purchased sessions must be utilized within three (3) calendar months from the date of purchase. Failure to complete the sessions within this timeframe will result in automatic expiration, and no extensions or refunds will be granted. Each purchase is valid for one individual participant only and may not be transferred or shared without prior written authorization from Tanbul Consultancy LLC.

4. Attendance and Participant Conduct
‍Timely attendance is required for all scheduled sessions. Participants who are more than fifteen (15) minutes late without prior notice may forfeit the session, which will be deemed completed. Tanbul Consultancy LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation without refund in cases of: Repeated absences or failure to comply with scheduling protocols. Any form of disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior by the participant or their representative.

5. Session Scheduling and Communication
‍Following successful completion of booking and payment, a certified Chizora coach will contact the participant (or parent/guardian, where applicable) using the provided contact information to coordinate session scheduling based on mutual availability.

6. Parental/Guardian Consent for Minor Participants
‍Where the participant is a minor (under the age of 18), the parent or legal guardian agrees to the following: I confirm that I am the lawful parent or guardian and provide full consent for my child’s participation. I understand the nature of the Chizora program and acknowledge that it is a non-clinical, confidence-based coaching service, not a form of therapy or medical treatment. I accept the above terms on behalf of my child and agree to ensure their cooperation with the program's rules and scheduling.

7. Limitation of Liability
‍Tanbul Consultancy LLC and its personnel shall not be held liable for any adverse outcomes, whether physical, mental, emotional, or otherwise, arising from participation in the Chizora program. The program is designed for educational and developmental purposes and does not constitute a substitute for professional mental health or medical services.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
‍This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
